We currently ship only within the United States.

Order Processing

• Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

Most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on the supplier, warehouse location, and your delivery address.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Cost

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Promotional free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• Returned with original tags and packaging

Certain products, including final sale items, intimate apparel, beauty products, or personalized items, may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
